Using special qualitative research interview techniques, we listen to your existing and desired clientele, and gather rich information about what they seek from your product/service frame, your offerings, and what special attributes and benefits exist (or not). How do they feel (which is ultimately more important and powerful than what they think) about the products and services in question, the competition, and more?

Then, from the true "voice of the customer," we create a value map. Where are the deepest hooks in your existing or planned value proposition? What are the least valued offerings? What descriptive words and images will resonate most as you tell your story?

The results are action steps to eliminate obstacles to trial and retention - which will strengthen the emotional connection between customers and your brand.
