How do you stay connected to customers?

You've discovered where your customers think the biggest value drivers are and you've tailored and design experiences to reinforce your performance against them, but how will you know when it's working?

We'll use the findings from the Value Discovery process to set up and execute a follow-up measurement that will serve as a barometer of your customer engagement ("stickiness"). We'll check these results with a larger number of customers at regular intervals that make sense to you.

This periodic quantitative measurement process will help to keep you on the path. Because things are always changing, you'll be able to see clearly what adjustments might be needed. This now becomes a part of the way you do business - staying close to your customers and ahead of your competition.
